OUR STORY
The Imagination Collaborative was established in 2023 when we recognised a need for better methodology in planning major event setups, and identified demand for greater skills in CAD Design and Event Overlay.
It was quickly established our niche skillset was sought after by many companies hosting large scale outdoor events. There is now a greater demand for pinpoint accuracy and a desire for more detail in how event structures interact with each environment they are placed in. This inspired us to create a platform that allows event producers to fully visualise event overlays during the planning process.
Fuelled by a shared passion for the event industry and a commitment to innovation, we embarked on a journey to bring our vision to life.
WHY US?
We are creators of hyper real examples for real life situations with a holistic approach, looking to improve the experience of both event producers and their customers.
Using advanced CAD models and detailed Digital Terrain Models, we have developed a workflow that allows us to map any venue, in any location, in crystal clear 3D.

We offer a full end to end pre visualisation service for event producers during the event planning stage. We are experts in delivering quality experiences, and your vision is our priority. We embrace a client centric approach, collaborating closely to understand your goals, aspirations, and brand identity.
Quality is our cornerstone. We don't just meet expectations; we exceed them.
First, our team design and draw your event structures as 2D plans. Using advanced drone technology, we survey the event location to capture millimetre precise geographical data that reflects the true topography of that location. This data is combined with the plans to create a realistic 3D render of the overlay within the environment. We then create the final product: An all encompassing, fully navigable first person digital twin of the event space. It's like being there before the doors open, giving you a pixel perfect preview of the event, right from wherever you choose to stand.
